Anyways, to list my latest personal experience, at the butcher shop where I had my knee hacked up, made me sign a statement if the insurance company doesn’t cover all the cost of the surgery, I would guarantee payment…I asked how much that would be, they said they didn’t know but I hadta sign anyways or I don’t get admitted…I wrote on the form I signed that I was coerced to pay the costs the insurance wouldn’t cover, even tho’ the cocksuckers didn’t list how much that would be or they wouldn’t admit me…oh, I didn’t put “cocksucker” on the statement…

Didjya ever go 10 days without TV, radio, internet, I mean damn, even the golf channel…??? Here we go again with the health care issue…just got a statement from the insurance company about the MRI scan of my bummed up knee…the bill for approximately 15 minutes worth of machine humming with my leg strapped to a table was $ 3000. People involved were 1 receptionist and 1 technician. Me and the patients lined up in the waiting room were rotated every 17 minutes, from what I could see, so that would be approximately…scribble… scribble …scribble… $10,500 per hour x 8hr day = $84,000. I don’t know what one of those fuckin’ things cost but the return on investment appears to be rather quick. In the offshore pipeline business, a pipe lay barge on standby gets approximately $240,000 per day or $10,000 per hour…100 people on board, x-ray and welding machines, painting, coating, anchor handling tugs, cooks, burnin’ up all that precious fuel…it would make sense to invest in one of those hummers than a lay barge…but it don’t end there, the MRI office flat ass gave the medical insurance company a $ 1,350 discount and paid $575 of the bill, so I can expect a $ 1,075 bill in the near future…for me to pay or they turn it over to a collection agency… and my total insurance premiums costs approximately $ 950 per month...why in the fuck don’t the MRI company give the patient a discount instead of giving it to the goddam insurance company… anybody see anything wrong with this picture? Let’s have a look at some of the basis of arguments with the single payer system scrapped in favor of big business… got this just outta the news “Big health insurance company profits mean big pay for health insurance company executives—some $14.2 million a year average for the top seven companies CEOs.” There’s thousands of insurance, administration and bootleg companies similar to the sub-prime bullshit meddling in health insurance, hospitals, clinics etc., so adding in the additional outrageous salaries and profit is next to impossible and I suppose it’s designed to be that way to confuse the public.
Hmmmm…lemmee see if we can make this simple and maybe figure out what all this shit costs…using 10 majors for easy figurin’ that’s $142 million for the CEO’s, then they got a hole buncha henchmen and yes men - say half dozen at $ 2 million each, so that’s another $120 million, then each major has about 100 dirty works creeps and lobbyists at $250 k each and that amounts to $250 million, and the grand total is $512 million – that needs to come outta medical insurance premiums before a penny can be paid for rent, lights, poor slob employees and last but not least medical costs for the poor schmuck payin’ all the bills…then you factor the negative advertising just this year that’ll amount to $500 million add that to 512 = $1.012 billion. Then get into malpractice insurance for approximately 18000 surgeons x $200k each = $3.6 billion!!! If you factored in the obscene profits of the drug and medical providers/hospitals and shit – that’ll put money in the bank and pay for health care, clunkers and donate a few DIME bombs to the Heebs to experiment with… hell, the war and killing of people in Irak price tag is over $ 1 trillion in the past 8 years and that don’t include Afghaniland. Health insurance to keep people alive is projected to cost that much in 10 years. Hmmmm…death…life…which is more profitable??? And why not scrap all the ridiculous health insurance companies and go to the single payer system…sounds much mo’ bettah!

Well, finally made it to 70 without croaking…and still gotta 8 handicap but climbing with this knee!
Anyways, this fuckin’ healthcare – all the scumbag politikians are screaming this is gonna add taxes to finance health care…but wait a minute, if we have cost effective national health care system instead of price fixin’ and payin’ off politikians like the current bandits do, we should be able to reduce the current cost…and so far these fuckers spent over $100 million on lobbyists and I’ll betchya it goes over $ half billion before it’s over….either they can’t add in congress or the lobbyists are making their pitch to protect the profit picture. After watchin’ a series of yay’s and nay’s some of the media is displaying all the misrepresented advertising running rampant on TV is causing havoc with voters…and on top of that, all the cons of national health care are false… that figures…
But when you consider the cost of health care, you need to factor in the obscene profits from the following areas and in one way or another we pay for (and it don’t stop with this list).
- malpractice insurance
- lawyers bottom-feeding on malpractice
- health providers fraudulent billings creating additional insurance costs
- health care insurance outrageous cost
- discounts extorted by insurance companies from doctors/clinics/hospitals that is never extended to patients w/o insurance
- high cost of lobbying agencies in Washington to ensure the system of insurance goes unchallenged
- media advertising to discourage national health care
- drug companies high profits
- drug company profit incentive to not create “cures”
- drug store profits
- unscrupulous doctors – go and Google “Doctors illegal billings” there’s $ billions down the drain…and we pay for that shit…

The “international community” recognizes the illegality of the Israeli settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem…they say stop the building and evicting Palestinians. The Heebs ignore all demands to quit and desist and move the fuck outta there…and arrogant as all hell, just say “Fuck you!!!”
And in the next breath they demand to know when the next freebee cash gift is coming and shipment of DIME bombs are gonna be sent…and the dumb taxpayer is forced to go along with this to keep Amerika safe!!!… But Billary tells the Ayranians that time is running out… Anything wrong with this picture?

This health care bill is already takin’ a beating from the health, insurance, providers, drug companies and the AMA and they’re running ads on TV that look like a 2nd grader cooked ‘em up. The advertisement subject matter ranges from poor care, limited payments and the health care administered by some dumb gov’t bureaucrat, instead of a doctor, but what they don’t tell you is a fuckin’ bean counter makes the decisions and most of them refuse payment the first go ‘round then maybe pay a portion after repeated submissions…These scumbags claim that taxes are gonna be higher…but did anyone ever get into the money that’ll be saved by eliminating the outrageous profits made by the carpetbaggers??? And not only that but the Merc’s and B’mers sales will take a whipping too since the doctors and CEO’s of Humana, United Health Care, Cigna and Pfizer won’t be makin’ much money… who really gives a shit if a few guys go broke and millions of people benefit…it sho’ does sound better to lawmakers that a few scumbags making skyrocketing profits donatin’ to their election campaigns and millions goin’ broke… like what’s happening as we speak…
I did the comparison of how much money paid in medical insurance and how much they paid out a while back and it’s grown even larger to the point where it’s totally obscene and downright criminal. Nobody in the gov’t wantsta tell it like it really is, cuz they’ll lose their perks…and now the cocksuckers wanna have another type of health care that is not sponsored by the gov’t. This will no doubt ensure their continued receipt of perks, contributions and benefits to their political and private lives…ah yes, gov’t of the people, by corporations, for the corporations…somehow that don’t sound right…
But from a look from above, what is wrong with the high cost of current medical care???
A teeny weenie one is malpractice insurance…surgeons pay somewhere around $250,000 per year – and that’s not including his legal fees if he ever gets charged with being careless and making a wrong decision rushing to the hospital from the golf course…The fuckin’ lawyers and insurance companies have created this mess… shoot those bastards…only problem it’ll cost $ 1 billion for the bullets…
This New Jersey scandal sorta fits in with DC politiks and they’s arresting mayors and rabbis. It also says, the Israeli National Police is not part of the investigation…dunno if they’re not taking part in it and turned a blind eye or they’s implicated by taking some of the $millions of cash laundered by the rabbis. Yup, D’booger is now an official Canadian-American…(maybe gotta change the name back to “D’booger” since Debugger is something to do with de-bugging computers – and not yours truly) but anyways I just discovered it’s a really sick joke to get a passport… instead of a official passport office that every other country has, you gotta go down to the local post office that has a passport cubicle (not much bigger than a porta-potty)…but sometimes the person in charge ain’t there cuz they’s havin’ “staffing problems” and you go to several post offices and when finally you find one…you get in line…can’t even take a number so if you have to go to the sand box, you lose your place and hafta wait another coupla hours…and staffing problems???…ya’d kinda think they’d maybe cut back on some of Wall Streets bailouts and AIG bonuses to pay a coupla people to serve the taxpayer that’s ultimately payin’ for all this shit…

Obama’s latest comments on the shit in Iran…he never mentioned the intense lobbying of congress by the health care companies that’s stopping a beneficial plan for the citizens…maybe this ain’t violent, but sho’ as hell is unjust…He’s in the middle of trying to make his health care proposals benefit the providers… not the people…And fuck Iran!!! They don’t pay for hospital bills…
Another series of articles – Billary got up in front of the TV cameras and commented on the demonstrations in Iran and summarized “a country that uses religion as the leading force of governance is not much of a country”…then…on the next page ol’ Ehud Barak says… “there will be no separate state for the Palestinians unless they recognize Israel being a “Jewish” state”… kinda makes you wonder why we have this double standard of accepting one countries stupid ideas and objecting to the others’? And what about the other 20% of the Israeli population that ain’t Jewish? What – exile them and steal their property…build some condos…?
Those Ayraninans ain’t too awful bright either! If Iran invited XOM, Chevron, Shell and BP along with Hallybutton, Slumburger and Blackwater to move in and do a little production sharing; suddenly Iran would become a strategic ally??? Even if they limit the sharing 80% for Iran and 20% for big oil boyz, their economy would take off like a guided missile…and lets not forget, Iran already buys their military shit thru Israeli brokers…but they’s still disguised as the enemy regardless what the scumbags do under the radar… cuz there ain’t no money in peaceful coexistence… keep the “fear” goin’…
Getting back to the health care issue, now the insurance companies are sending out warnings that a gov’t plan will raise costs and people already with company supplied health care will pay more! I gots an idea, why not have the gov’t provide health insurance and negotiate and or bully the hospitals and doctors to pass on their privileged discounts to the gov’t instead of getting kickbacks from drug companies etc., etc. D’ya thinks the insurance companies are worried they may lose some lucrative bidness? Haha, you betchya…oh…and fuck the patient!!! And goddam… can you imagine the corruption that would erupt and contaminate the politikers in charge of this shit?!!! Now ol’ doctor feel-good can make plans for some pretty good expense paid vacations with a little lanyap along the way…
Obama should take a closer look into the marketing strategy and policies of these insurance, hospitals and drug companies…or in short Health care providers (HCP). Let’s have a look at the marketing strategy on the two customer target categories:
No 1. People with medical insurance:
Charge astronomical premiums cuz the poor schmucks make money and their companies pay a portion of it. If they get sick, they’re covered… sort of… The following are policies of the HCP.
a. Doctors and hospitals charge ridiculously high fees, but negotiate discounts for the charges to a minimum of 50% +/- …and that’s for insured patients. The uninsured pay the top rate.
b. Enforce enormous deductibles on the insured to reduce the HCP’s payouts.
c. If the patient has a terminal illness – make sure there’s enough fine print to not cover the treatment and let ‘em croak immediately.
d. Invest % of profits in the drug companies and hospitals to hedge medical costs and enforce the rule to only admit people with health insurance to limit law suits and have enough to pay collection agency fees.
e. Keep the cost of drugs up there so most people can’t afford them to make them better and let ‘em die reducing exposure to health care costs.
f. Enforce the limiting of development and marketing of any wonder drug for cancer, heart disease, Parkinson’s, Ol’ timers etc., to ensure profitability of investments in drug companies.
g. Keep the lobbying agencies well financed to ensure the gov’t will not provide health care insurance and/or, make the premiums for gov’t run health care higher than what we charge and also control the discounts provided by hospitals and doctors and limit extended discounts only to HCP and not to gov’t run health care.
No 2. People without medical insurance:
a. Fuck ‘em!!!
