And I drink gallons of pomegranate and cranberry juice to keep me hydrated with high PH water.  Can’t find the tart cherry juice like I get at Krogers.

And I go golf almost every day, or hit the ball on the range if I don’t go on the course, but my game has gone down the toilet, but still enjoy swinging the club. 86 is just around the corner.  I walk a lot and don’t smoke, only chew a Macanudo Claybourne - I gotta get the Nicotine down my system somehow. Smoking is bad for your health.
