- I haven’t smoked in 20 years, but chew the hell out of a Macanudo Clayborne and sometimes a Davidoff that I keep in the humidor - that’s gotta be a plus;
- I have a good diet with all the supplements - natures gifts - no sugars but lotsa garlic, turmeric, ginger, cilantro, organic honey - oh - and take the beet cocktail with the good stuff loaded with chlorella, baking soda and ACV;
- Maybe have 1 - 2 Carlsbergs a week, and a glass of Malbec once a week or so;
- I get around 6 - 7 hours sleep a nite - but get up early to do my house-husband’s job;
- Positive social interactions - well - that’s questionable cuz the a-holes I golf with are about as negative as you can get, - well - some of them - some are ok and a little on the plus side;
Hey - looks like I’ll make it past 75 years - oh - I’ve already done that - maybe shoot for 95+ - that’s another 10 years or so - maybe they’ll come out with a super duper soft, senior golf ball, cuz my swing is slowing down a little and my drive has gone from over 300 yds to about 85 - but sometimes I can keep in the air that long with a lotta top spin.
