Every day, put 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp chlorella, dash of organic cinnamon, 2 tsp of (ACV) apple cider vinegar, and use pure high ph, 6 - 8 oz alkaline water, add a dash of organic honey for taste and take every morning.  

I do add some basic detox juice, made from juiced organic beets (3), half cup of organic celery, half cup of organic carrots, 1/4 cup of cilantro (Mexican parsley) 4 - 5 garlic pieces, then juice everything with 1/4 cup of ACV - honey to taste blend this with alkaline water (8 - 10 oz) - warm the juice on the stove, for about 20 min, then strain it and put it in a bottle in the fridge - should last about a week.

Add about 2 - 3 oz of this to the baking soda mixture for a total of around 8 oz then drink it and this should detox the heavy metals and other crap they’re spraying in the skies that does infect your brain.
